Paid Time Off (PTO)

Vacation

  • The Firm provides paid vacation time to full and part-time support staff scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week.
  • New full-time employees earn 6.67 hours per month (80 hours per year).
  • Eligible part-time employees earn at a pro-rated amount based on actual hours worked.

Sick

  • Sick leave is to be used for:
    • Recovery from physical/mental illness or injury. To seek medical diagnosis, treatment, or preventative care. To care for a family member who is ill or needs medical diagnosis, treatment, or preventative care.
  • Rate of Accrual
    • Full-time employees accrue 4 hours of sick leave per pay period for a total of 12 days per year.
    • Part-time employees earn at a pro-rated amount based on actual hours worked.

Firm Observed Holidays

All full-time employees are eligible for a day off with pay for Firm-designated holidays. Temporary employees are not eligible for holiday pay. The Firm typically recognizes the annual holidays listed below:

  • Martin Luther King, Jr.’s Birthday
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
